Eurex T7/FX

In February 2017, Eurex rolled out a dedicated T7-based trading platform for Listed FX products − “T7/FX”.  This operates as a second, distinct instance of the Eurex T7 system. All of the Eurex FX Futures and Listed FX Options are traded on the T7/FX platform.

Your key benefits

• The Platform allows trading participants to trade almost anytime; open 23:55 Sun* through to 23:00 Friday CET, with an hour’s down time each night at 23:00
• The FX product family comprises cash-settled Rolling Spot Futures and the classic deliverable FX Futures and Options, with harmonized currency pairs, a consistent contract size of 100,000, and with tenors from spot up to three years
• Highly competitive transaction costs with no client membership fees

Participation requirement

T7/FX uses the same functionality as T7, and only requires a dedicated access. This includes the use of dedicated T7/FX ETI sessions, a separate Eurex GUI - Trader & Admin GUI and a separate set-up of entitlements. The requirements for operating T7/FX as a Eurex trading participant are as follows:

• Connection to T7/FX dedicated gateways
• Subscription to separate multicast addresses for the dissemination of market data
• Usage of a dedicated GUI instance if needed or
• Usage of dedicated ETI sessions (to be ordered through Eurex Member Section)
