The following change only affects API/POA applications. The usage of the F7 Trader GUI and F7 FIX interface is not affected by this change.
On Wednesday, September 16th, 2026 Eurex Repo will install new broker/server certificates in the F7 Simulation and in the F7 Advanced Simulation environment, as the current Eurex Repo F7 API broker/server certificates for Simulation will expire end of September 2026.
These new broker/server certificates for Eurex Repo F7 API will be installed in Simulation and Advanced Simulation after the end of business on the evening of Wednesday, September 16th, 2026.
Repo F7 no longer recommends verifying the authenticity of these server certificates against the published public key of the server certificate.
Instead, Repo F7 recommends authenticating the validity of the server certificates against the root certificate of a globally trusted Certificate Authority used to sign the Repo F7 server certificates.
This year is the last time Repo F7 offers the download of the new broker/server certificates for simulation for the Deutsche Börse Member Section by following this path:

These new certificates, once extracted from the ZIP file, can be added to your existing truststore (using a new alias) for example by using commands like the ones outlined below:

keytool –import –file simu-f7-api_vpn_eurexrepo_com.crt –keystore <PATH TO YOUR TRUSTSTORE> -alias f7apivpnserver2027simu
keytool –import –file advsimu-f7-api_eurexrepo_com.crt –keystore <PATH TO YOUR TRUSTSTORE> -alias f7apiserver2027advsimu
keytool –import –file advsimu-f7-api_vpn_eurexrepo_com.crt –keystore <PATH TO YOUR TRUSTSTORE> -alias f7apivpnserver2027advsimu
