Eurex Exchange Readiness Newsflash | Eurex Exchange's T7 Release 9.0 – Update regarding EFS Trade Field "SwapClearer"

Eurex Exchange Readiness Newsflash

Dear Eurex Participant,

With this Newsflash we would like to highlight a change to T7 Release 9.0 regarding EFS Trades.

With T7 Release 9.0, the new field "SwapClearer" must be populated when entering an EFS trade request. The field differentiates whether the swap leg is cleared at Eurex Clearing (ECAG) or elsewhere (Non-ECAG).

The "SwapClearer" (25199) field will be included in ETI as follows:

  • ETI EnterTESTradeRequest (10600),
  • ModifyTESTradeRequest (10601),
  • TESBroadcast (10604).

The XML report "TE545 Daily TES Maintenance" will include the new field "SwapClearer".

For the system documentation updates (i.e. Release Notes, ETI Derivatives Message Reference Manual, etc.), please refer to the Eurex website www.eurexchange.com under the following link, where you can also find all other information about the Release:

Find > Initiatives > T7 Release 9.0

This new field is already available in the T7 Release 9.0 simulation environment as well as in the T7 Cloud Simulation. Since the simulation phase for T7 Release 9.0 is already ongoing, we strongly urge all Trading Participants to take part in the simulation environment and to test various scenarios to ensure readiness.

If you have any further questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact your Key Account Manager or send an e-mail to client.services@eurexchange.com.

Kind regards
