Further increase of allowed Ethernet frames per minute to 400,000

To increase the headroom for trading activities of our participants, Eurex has decided to further increase the number of Ethernet frames per minute allowed over each 10 Gbit/s Order Entry Co-location cross-connect.

The new limit is 400,000 Ethernet frames per minute and will apply from 17 March 2023.

The limit was previously increased from 300,000 to 350,000 on 14 March (see Increase of allowed ethernet frames per minute (eurex.com))

Eurex will continue to monitor market developments and the load on our infrastructure. Further adjustments to the allowed Ethernet frames per minute in both directions may become necessary at short notice and will be communicated via separate Implementation News.
