1. Introduction
Eurex Exchange evaluates and updates the position limits for equity derivatives, ETF and ETC derivatives on a regular basis.
The updated position limits will come into effect on 6 March 2023.

2. Required action
Participants must ensure that they comply with the new position limits pursuant to § 11 of the Exchange Rules of Eurex Deutschland.
3. Details
The updated position limits will be effective as of 6 March 2023 and will be provided on the same day on the Eurex website www.eurex.com under:
Markets > Product Overview > Stats
As announced in Eurex circular 232/07, only contracts with physical delivery will be taken into account for the calculation of position limits for Single Stock Futures contracts.
