The core competences of the Nomination Committee are to identify candidates to fill vacancies in the Executive Board and to prepare the proposals for the election of members of the Supervisory Board, as well as to assess the composition and performance of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board in their entirety and to assess the knowledge, skills and experience of individual members of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board periodically, at least annually.
The Committee is composed of at least three Supervisory Board members.
