The main task of the Compensation Review Committee is to supervise the reasonableness of the remuneration system of the Executive Board including the design and further development of the Remuneration Policy. It shall also oversee the compensation for selected senior Control Functions and Risk Takers as well as the determination of the aggregate remuneration of the members of the Executive Board. Furthermore it shall support the Supervisory Board in the monitoring of the reasonableness of the remuneration system regarding employees below the Executive Board. The Committee is composed of at least three Supervisory Board members.
