The company Orchid Lux HoldCo S.à r.l. published the offer document for the Takeover of OHB SE on 15.09.2023. OHB SE shareholders will receive 44.00 EUR according to the offer. The Offer period ended on 17.10.2023. On 20.10.2023 Orchid Lux HoldCo announced that 71.89% of the OHB SE shares are attributable to Orchid Lux HoldCo. The additional offer period will end on 03.11.2023. The Settlement of the offer is still subject to the entry of further offer conditions.
Hence, the shares underlying the Eurex-listed options and Futures contracts are changed to the tendered line, effective 23.10.2023. The tendered line will serve as the underlying of the affected contracts until the settlement of the offer. Accordingly, the ISIN of the above-mentioned contracts will change as specified in the following table.
