1. Introduction
The Management Board of Eurex Deutschland and the Executive Board of Eurex Frankfurt AG took the following decision with effect from 1 October 2019:
To ensure the development of liquidity and an efficient market, new quotation requirements will be introduced and the PSS will be amended accordingly, in order to be closer aligned with market needs.
The new quotation requirements and all amendments to the PSS will become effective on 1 October 2019 and be valid until 31 December 2020.
All changes to the PSS as attached to this circular will be deemed to have been approved by the Liquidity Providers, if the Liquidity Providers do not lodge objections with Eurex Frankfurt AG and Eurex Clearing AG within fifteen (15) business days of publication of this circular.
2. Required actions
There is no action required for existing Liquidity Providers. New interested Liquidity Providers are invited to participate in the scheme to have the opportunity to benefit from the available incentives by fulfilling the amended quote requirements.
3. Details
This circular provides information on the new quotation requirements for EURO STOXX 50® Index Dividend Options (Eurex product ID: OEXD) effective from 1 October 2019 until 31 December 2020.
