Introduction of a new role and admission workflow for “Authorized Manager”

Introduction of cash collateral account setup and maintenance

With this release it will be  possible for Clearing Members:

  • to set up cash collateral accounts directly within an admission request for new Disclosed Clients
  • to set up a cash collateral accounts independently from an admission and to change or delete any existing cash collateral account within a Segregation Change Request
  • get an overview of the existing cash collateral accounts

There is no action required.

Introduction of netting sets and replacement of account linkage

Netting sets have been introduced to replace the current direct/indirect account linkage. They create brackets over a group of transaction accounts underneath the same entity and define legal boundaries for transaction accounts from a Default Management Process perspective, i.e., porting units. Transactions allocated to a netting set are aggregated to calculate individual difference claims.

With the introduction of a netting set as a distinct value to each transaction account we aim to improve transparency on client setups and a better understanding of porting units.

Modification of the tool menu

A redesign of the menu/ navigation panel has been introduced to properly reflect all new and existing functionality.

There is no action required.
