With this Newsflash, we would like to inform you about the update of the Functional Release Notes for EurexOTC Clear Release 17.0 and the License Terms for the Converter tool.
A. Functional Release Notes Update
On 15 March 2024, the EurexOTC Clear Functional Release Notes for Release 17.0 have been updated with the following details:
Moreover, the EU Agency Clearing Model has been descoped out of EurexOTC Clear Release 17.0. Information on the new timeline will be provided in a separate Eurex Clearing Circular.

B. License Terms for EurexOTC Clear XML Converter Tool
With the introduction of EurexOTC Clear Release 17.0, license terms are applicable to the XML Converter tool which is used to convert certain EurexOTC Reports (as listed in the EurexOTC Clear XML Converter Release Notes document) from XML to CSV format and is available in the Member Section. By accessing and/or utilizing the tool, users agree to these terms.
The license terms will be available within the zip file of the Converter tool under the following path:
Resources > Eurex Clearing > Documentation & Files > EurexOTC Clear > System Documentation > Reports
Clients should review the license terms before utilizing the tool.
