Eurex Clearing
1. Introduction
With this circular, Eurex Clearing announces the introduction of the next Member Section enhancements: Member Section Release March 2023, which will be available starting Monday, 27 March 2023.
The following changes and enhancements will be introduced with this release:

All information related to this release, i.e. FAQs, guides, tutorial videos, are available on the Eurex Clearing website www.eurex.com/ec-en/ under the following path: Support > Initiatives & Releases > Member Section Releases > Release March 2023.

Overview of functional enhancements:
Improved Emergency Notification function
This function is used to send emergency messages to Clearing Members via e-mail and text message in emergency situations. We will upgrade our internal technical infrastructure and introduce an improved user interface.
To ensure that the stored contact information for the emergency messages is up to date, we kindly ask participants to log in to the Member Section after the introduction on 27 March 2023 and go to "My Profile > Emergency Notifications" to review their provided contact information such as e-mail address and phone number. If required, please make updates to ensure a reliable communication. Kindly make sure to review your stored contact information on an annual basis.
QCS Application - Confirmation of practical experience
The Admission Administrator is now able to confirm, as part of the admission, sufficient expertise of applicants to perform the Qualified Clearing Staff (QCS) functions. There are two options to do so:
The upload functionality is only available for Admission Administrators as part of their profile.

Unless the context requires otherwise, terms used and not otherwise defined in this circular shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Clearing Conditions or FCM Clearing Conditions of Eurex Clearing AG, as applicable.
