Discontinuation of Securities Clearing GUI service
As described in Eurex Clearing Circular 025/23 and in the the Release Notes for C7 SCS R3.0 (chapters: 3.7.2 and 7.2), the Securities Clearing GUI currently showing the status of deliveries for Euroclear UK & International will become obsolete and be discontinued by end of November 2023.
The report selection functionality currently implemented as GUI subsection is already transferred and provided to members as forms (“SCS report selection for Clearing Member / Settlement Institution consolidated” and “SCS report selection for Trading Member”) via:
www.eurex.com/ec-en/ > Find > Forms
The access to the GUI is based on Eurex Clearing GUI account, which can be used for up to four different GUI accesses (C7 Clearing GUI, EurexOTC Clear GUI, Prisma Margin Calculator GUI and Securities Clearing GUI) and as indicated in Eurex Clearing Price List it is connected to a fee applied per Eurex Clearing GUI account.
Therefore, each member must analyze, if after the discontinuation of Securities Clearing GUI in productive environment the account is still required. It is also in the responsibility of the member to deactivate the account in the Eurex Clearing’s Member Section, in case there is no usage for it.
