New equity ETF from Deka on Xetra: access to the S&P 500 index

A new exchange-traded fund issued by Deka Investment has been tradable on Xetra and Börse Frankfurt since Wednesday.


The Deka S&P 500 UCITS ETF tracks the performance of the S&P 500 index, which is considered the most important equity barometer for the performance of the US stock market. The benchmark index is composed of the 500 largest listed US companies by market capitalisation and covers around 80 per cent of the US market capitalisation. All major industries are represented, including energy, finance, healthcare, consumer goods, and IT. Among the companies included are Amazon, Apple, Meta Platforms, Microsoft, and Nvidia.

It is a distributing share class in the base currency euro.
