Since Tuesday, the first active exchange-traded fund issued by HANSAINVEST has been tradable on Deutsche Börse.
The new ETF is the result of a partnership between HANSAINVEST and the independent asset manager Aramea Asset Management. It combines Aramea’s proud@work investment strategy with HANSAINVEST’s established platform and fund expertise.
The proud@work UCITS ETF takes an active investment approach, investing globally in companies distinguished by a trust-based and employee-oriented corporate culture.
Stock selection follows a two-step process: First, a qualitative pre-selection is carried out based on analyses by the “Great Place to Work®” institute. Fund managers then conduct a comprehensive fundamental analysis, assessing their business model, financial stability, and long-term growth prospects.
