Eurex Exchange Cross Project Calendar

In this section, Trading Participants and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) will get an overview of the main cross projects actions, which need to be performed by Trading Participants and/or by ISVs in order to ensure a smooth readiness for all upcoming initiatives.

The Capacity/product assignment will be set effective to the T7 trading platform on Monday, 18 November 2019, immediately after the launch of T7 Release 8.0. 
14 NovEurex-KOSPI derivativesChanged trading hours on 14 November 2019 due to the South Korean Exam Day.
16 NovT7 Release 8.0Connection test: Trading Participants and ISVs are requested to participate.
18 NovT7 Release 8.0Go-live of T7 Release 8.0.
25 NovAmendment of Default Transaction Size Limits

Eurex revised the default transaction size limits defined by the exchange. The default exchange transaction size limits are valid on a per product level and for all Trading Participants. A Trading Participant can reduce the transaction size limits for themselves and for their traders. The new Default Transaction Size Limits will come into effect on 25 November.

01 DecEurex Liquidity ProviderEurex took the decision to change the Eurex Liquidity Provider requirements.  Liquidity Providers (LPs) should adapt their quotation behaviour accordingly.
01 DecEnhancement of the Excessive System Usage Fee

The “No Market Data Impact” limit type for options as well as the adjusted parameters for FX products, which are described in circular 099/2019, will come into effect on 1 December 2019.

02 DecThree-Month SARON® FuturesAmendment to the “Additional Supporter Incentive” in „Product Specific Supplement” for Three-Month SARON® Futures to the Liquidity Provider Agreement 

effective from 2 December 2019 until 30 May 2020.

03 DecEurex Liquidity Provider reports

Eurex will introduce changes in some Eurex Liquidity Provider reports. The changed reports will be available from 3 December 2019, containing Liquidity Provider quotation data from 2 December 2019. 

09 DecETF derivativesIntroduction of options on iShares EUR High Yield Corporate Bond ETF and iShares Core EUR Corporate Bond ETF. Participants interested in trading the options must ensure that they have the necessary set-up to clear the underlying ETF shares.
16 DecConnection AgreementAmendments to the General Terms and Conditions to the Agreement on the technical connection and the utilization of the Exchange-EDP of Eurex Deutschland (Connection Agreement).
31 JanConnection fee rebateFinal extension of connection fee rebate programme for new Trading Members affiliated with existing Trading Member.
30 MayThree-Month SARON® FuturesAmendment to the “Additional Supporter Incentive” in „Product Specific Supplement” for Three-Month SARON® Futures to the Liquidity Provider Agreement 

effective from 2 December 2019 until 30 May 2020.

The market status window is an indication regarding the current technical availability of the trading system. It indicates whether news board messages regarding current technical issues of the trading system have been published or will be published shortly.

We strongly recommend not to take any decisions based on the indications in the market status window but to always check the production news board for comprehensive information on an incident.
