Effective immediately, Eurex offers a new service on its website www.eurexchange.com under the link:

Technology > Service-Status

On this page, information will be displayed regarding the availability of selected reports and delays in the availability of trading and clearing systems at start-of-day and end-of-day. The information displayed are generated automatically. Further information can be found on the website itself.

 

The new area on the website is an additional service indicating potential system malfunction. We however recommend to not take any decision based on the information provided, but to rely on the information provided about potential delays via the respective Newsboard.
