The validation of agreed restrictions and/or thresholds through Eurex Clearing AGs Advanced Risk Protection is currently not available. Consequently, the automatic suspension and/or deletion of orders and quotes of a Non-Clearing Member when exceeding the pre-defined and agreed limitation thresholds will not be conducted by Eurex Clearing AG and/or the Eurex Exchanges. Clearing Members, Non-Clearing Members, Registered Customers and Trading Participants shall monitor the respective exposures, positions and/or transactions accordingly.
