  A new pre-trade risk management service enables members to define individual risk limits for themselves and their associated trading members (NCMs). Depending on the severity of the limit violation and set parameters, staggered action is taken. more
  
  
• Easier Close-out for Eurex's Flexible Contracts
  Now Eurex's Flexible Contracts facility feature easier close-out processing, including allowing the close-out of transactions originating from different Flexible Contracts trades. Additional reports that provide enhanced tracking information are now available. more
  
  
• Enhancements to Eurex's Multilateral Trade Registration
  The entry of more member-specific information in the Multilateral Trade Registration facility makes it easier for brokers to classify and locate trades post execution. Account, Open/Close indicator and free form text fields enhance the facility. more
  
  
• Client Asset Protection - Improving Safety
  Eurex Release 13.0 lays the technical groundwork for the implementation of Eurex Clearing's Client Asset Protection (CAP) solution to meet the market's needs for increased safety and transparency. CAP is a new, comprehensive asset segregation solution that helps customers to make sure they are taking the right kind of risks. Customers can achieve the maximum degree of segregation and portability with customizable levels of protection.
  
  The functional CAP solution will be introduced in alignment with currently pending regulatory changes. Market participants will be able to actively participate in simulation as of November 2010 in order to ensure their technical readiness.
  
  
• Enhanced Confirmation Solution - New Optional Interface
  Eurex Exchange adds to its optional connectivity interfaces. The Enhanced Confirmation Solution gives members the ability to receive order, trade and matching event information. The new, FIX-compatible interface is based on the same technology as Eurex's existing Enhanced Transaction Solution interface. more
  
  
• Matcher Performance - Improvements
  Eurex Exchange has further streamlined order and quote processing on its matching engines to reduce processing times even more. These changes include the introduction of a consistent order ID for the lifecycle of an order, changes to the VALUES API All Order Confirmation Broadcast and Quote Confirmation Broadcast and the introduction of a common contract ID for use with all of Eurex Group's optional high-frequency interfaces. more
