Upload Functionality for Position Transfer and Position Close-out

Members are now able to upload position transfers and position close outs into the Eurex GUI via a .csv file. New Position Transfer Bulk Upload and Position Close Out Bulk Upload windows have been introduced to facilitate the upload. They are accessible via the new Upload Pos. Transf. and Upload Close Out... buttons on the Position Overview window.

Position Transfer Bulk Upload Window

As soon as the window opens, a file chooser will open for the selection of a .csv file. When a file is selected, the window imports data from the selected file, while performing syntax and functional checks. The imported data can then be reviewed in the table to determine whether the imported data is correct, and to see which records might need manual maintenance in the import file. If changes are needed in the imported file, members are able to simply adjust the source file and re-import it. Alternatively, members can export the imported file, correct it and upload it again.

Position Close Out Bulk Upload Window

Similar to the Position Transfer Bulk Upload window, a new Position Close Out Bulk Upload window has also been introduced with Eurex Release 13.0. As soon as the window opens, a file chooser opens for selection of a .csv file. When a file is chosen, the window begins to import the data from the file while performing syntax and functional checks. The imported data can then be reviewed in the table to determine whether the imported data is correct, and to see which records might need manual maintenance in the import file.
