Settlement Procedures

Eurex Release 12.0 will enable settlement information to be transferred to KRX for the entry of the respective KOSPI 200 Options into the KRX system, which, in turn, will consolidate all open interest in the KOSPI 200 Options at KRX.

Settlement information, which is needed to open the respective KOSPI 200 Options positions in the KRX system, will be transferred to KRX after each trading day.

The obligations that result from the daily futures in the KOSPI 200 Options will be fulfilled by entering the relevant number of KOSPI 200 Option contracts (in the desired series) via the OTC block trade functionality at KRX. This will be completed prior to the KRX market open.
