Member Setup

In effect, Eurex Clearing acts like an OCC member and maintains respective sub-accounts for each Eurex Member that uses the Eurex/ISE Link. These sub-accounts are used to map positions to the correct Eurex Member during trade capture from the OCC.

The ISE Trading Allowed and OCC Clearing Allowed flags will be added to the Member General Information window to identify those Eurex Members who will participate in the trading and/or clearing part of the Link.

If the ISE Trading Allowed flag is checked, a given member will be able to trade on ISE. Once the flag is checked, their maximum order quantity at Eurex can be set at greater than zero.

If the OCC Clearing Allowed flag is checked, the Clearing member will be able to clear its and its NCMs link-related positions at Eurex.
