Access via Enhanced Risk Solution

The Enhanced Risk Solution offers distribution of real-time risk data for all exchanges and trading venues for which Eurex Clearing offers its clearing services. This interface uses FIXML-based messages over the new industry standard Advanced Message Queuing Protocol (AMQP). The Enhanced Risk Solution is an optional connection for members and runs in parallel to the existing MISS-based VALUES API.

For all member types, including NCMs, the Enhanced Risk Solution provides an additional important tool which can either be used independently or in conjunction with existing in-house risk management systems to monitor risk exposure.

To access the Enhanced Risk Solution, members require a new dedicated technical connection of 1mbit/s. Eurex Clearing AG offers either a leased line and/or Internet connection. A redundant connection is not required. Please note that the Enhanced Risk Solution is not available within a consolidated Eurex connection.

Connection fees for the Enhanced Risk Solution are waived for up to two connections per member until September 30, 2010.

The fees for connecting to the Eurex exchanges are charged on the basis of the Agreement on the technical connection and the utilization of the Electronic Trading System of Eurex Deutschland and Eurex Zürich (Connection Agreement) (PDF) in effect at a respective time.
