Enhanced Broadcast SolutionIn addition to the standard connection, Eurex trading participants have the option of using Enhanced Broadcast Solution, an enhanced functional and technical connection in order to receive market data. Enhanced Broadcast Solution offers faster reception and more flexibility with respect to product selection. It also enables an expanded market depth offering: trading participants with this connection can obtain market depth information for options and 20 futures. Enhanced Broadcast Solution is a low latency solution with a highly granular subscription model and will closely resemble the FIX 5.0 (Financial Information eXchange) protocol. Members will be able to effectively use this socket-based interface to develop applications that fit their individual requirements. For this connection, which is provided solely via dedicated lines, trading participants can opt for a 10, 20, 30 and 50 mbit/s connection.
