Stop Button for Clearing Members

In addition to the aforementioned "Pre-Trade Risk Measures", we will also introduce a stop button that can be used by Clearing Members to react in emergency situations. This stop button disconnects the Non-Clearing Member in question from the Eurex derivatives marketplace so that the member in question's current open position is frozen and no additional orders can be entered.

Activating the stop button will delete the member in question's orders and quotes - except for products in FREEZE state of for BAR quotes, if the BAR auction is in restricted phase.
