The Membership Incentive Program has again shown its attractiveness in the last year. The
average number of admissions in 2011 was slightly above 4 per month, raising the total
number of members to 436.

Our successful Trader Development Program is offered for the sixth year in a row. It
incentivizes new traders from Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas.
Participants who qualify for the program will benefit from significant fee waivers.
