Eurex Exchange offers a variety of products that are available for trading directly via terminals located in the U.S. These products are approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).

Eligible options under SEC class no-action relief

On 1 December 2015, Eurex Exchange joined the Class No-Action Relief granted by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to Foreign Options Markets and their members that engage in familiarization activities to eligible institutions and broker dealers in the U.S.
