Description of affected persons and related data or data categories Customer data or data from contact persons of our clients, if such data is required for the purposes referred to in 5 above. Personal data of internal and external employees, as normally required for the fulfilment of employment and service contracts. Personal data of suppliers and service providers, as required for the fulfilment of contractual relations. Personal data of prospective clients and users who contact Eurex Frankfurt AG or register for closed user groups. 7. Recipients or categories of recipients to whom data may be disclosed Public agencies and authorities, only in cases where this is required under binding, overriding regulations. External service providers and contractors pursuant to § 11 BDSG, in connection with a contract to process data on our behalf. Data is disclosed exclusively to fulfil the purposes referred to in 5 above. 8. Deletion of data When the various minimum and maximum retention periods for data have expired, the date in question is erased. If data is not affected by these retention periods, it is erased when the purposes referred to in 5 above no longer apply. 9. Proposed transfer of data to third countries Apart from the transfer of personal data between the Eurex companies in Germany and in Switzerland, such data is not disclosed to parties in third countries, nor is such disclosure planned in the future.
