Appeals Board Regulations

Appeals by participants or applicants against the decisions of Eurex Zürich AG with regard to admission to trading or the revocation of participation rights will be decided by the Appeals Board of the SIX Swiss Exchange.

Organisation and procedures are laid down in the SIX Swiss Exchange Regulations for the Appeals Board. They are to be applied mutatis mutandis to Eurex Zurich.
