Internship - Sales Asia & Middle East (female/male)

As an Intern - Sales Asia & Middle East you will have the excellent opportunity to explore capital market dynamics and to gain valuable practical experience in an innovative company. You will support the Business Research group in the area of Sales Asia & Middle East in carrying out research and in the development of growth concepts in the area of cash and future options markets in the Middle Eastern and Asian region. You will be actively taking part in our processes and will be furthermore in constant contact with our representative offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo. The department Sales Asia & Middle East is responsible for the management and group-wide coordination of cooperation activities with stock exchange- and financial institutions, as well as the integration of new stock market participants in the regions Asia, Pacific and Middle East. Supportively the department prepares analysis of customer groups, the stock exchange- and financial market environment.

Your responsibilities
  • Compilation of competition and market analyses for the Middle Eastern and Asian region
  • Compilation of studies and reports on the financial markets of the Middle Eastern and Asian region
  • Regular market monitoring
  • Conducting research on the Internet and analysis of internal data
  • Carrying out administrative and organisational duties
Our requirements
  • Matriculation throughout the duration of your internship at a state approved university or college
  • Minimum of two completed semesters of undergraduate studies
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Proficiency in German desirable
  • Interest in capital and equity markets and in the Middle Eastern and Asian region
  • Competent handling of MS Office applications (in particular MS PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work independently and flexibility
