U.S. Exchange Holdings, Inc. is the holding company for several U.S.-based Eurex subsidiaries such as the International Stock Exchange (ISE) and the U.S. Futures Exchange (USFE). U.S. Exchange Holdings, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eurex Frankfurt AG and runs Eurex's business development activities in the Americas.
